OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Promotion begins at 5:00 pm on (CT) January 8, 2010 and ends at 4:00pm (CT) on January 17, 2010 (the "Promotion Period").

HOW TO ENTER
"Enter to Win" by filling out an official entry form found at the Houston Boat Show at Reliant Center. You must fill out the form accurately and completely by indicating your name, address, city, state, zip code daytime phone number and email address. in the spaces provided. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be received by 4:00 pm (CST) on January 17, 2010. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entry forms will be accepted. Entries by any other method other than set forth above will be deemed void.

GENERAL RULES
Must be over 18 to enter. Employees of the Houston Boat Show, Team Mancuso Powersports, their participating sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Houston Boat Show and Team Mancuso Powersports are not responsible for any error that may compromise or affect the administration of the contest. All entries become the exclusive property of the Houston Boat Show and Team Mancuso Powersports and will not be returned. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed null and void.

Entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they, therefore, understand and agree that the Houston Boat Show, Team Mancuso Powersports or their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees do not have any liability with respect to the contestants' participation in the contest or winning a prize and are not liable for any damages from acceptance and use of the prize. By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the contest sponsors, which are binding in all respects.

COMPLIANCE
Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, or misdirected entries. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the rules and decisions of the judges. No assignment, transfer, cash alternative or substitution of prize is permitted. By accepting the Grand Prize, the Winner consents to the use of their name, photos and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited.

Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest: to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, defraud or harass any other person. All decisions of the Sponsors relating to the Contest are final. Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information that may occur in the processing of the entries in the drawing.

WINNER
One winner will be drawn at random from official contest entries on or about 5 pm on Sunday, January 17th. The Boat Show will notify the finalists via email, telephone or receipted hand delivery service on or before January 24th, 2010.

GRAND PRIZE
One 2009 Sea-Doo GTI SE valued at $10,500 from Team Mancuso Powersports will be awarded to the winner. The Grand Prize is not otherwise redeemable for cash nor is transferable. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner will be responsible for registration, title and license fees, insurance premiums, and all other costs incurred in using or claiming the Sea-Doo GTI SE.
